Valuación Organizada, S.A. de C.V. (VALOR) is dedicated to providing specialized Technical-Financial Consultancy and Advisory services, as well as Real Estate and General Asset Valuation. This includes the areas of mortgages, commercial, taxation, insurance and finance, banking, national assets, judicial matters, and related activities.
VALOR began its operations in October 2003, following the implementation of the General Rules regarding the Authorization as a Valuation Expert for Real Estate Collateralized Loans, issued by the Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF), in accordance with Article 7 of the Transparency and Promotion of Competition in Collateralized Credit Law.
VALOR is conceived as a nationwide company, with operations in some Central and South American countries, specializing in the provision of professional valuation services in all areas and specialties. It also allows establishing links with other companies owned by the shareholders, who have over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate advisory and consulting services market in the State of Veracruz and the Southeast of Mexico.
Currently, VALOR has diversified its market participation by expanding its activities to include other technical and financial services that are correlated to a greater or lesser extent with valuation activities.
At the corporate level, VALOR has collaborated in the banking and financial sector since 2004 with some of the country's most important financial institutions. However, at an individual level, its General Director and majority shareholder (Mtro. Mario Rafael Marqués Tapia) has been involved in the banking sector since 1989, following his registration as a Valuer with the National Banking and Securities Commission, under registration number 2787 in the specialty of Real Estate, which was expanded to include Machinery and Equipment in 1993.
