General Director of VALOR (Valuación Organizada, S.A. de C.V.) from 2003 to present.
Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in Valuation and specialization in Urban and Rural Real Estate Valuation, Machinery and Equipment Valuation, and Going Concern Valuation.

Certified Appraiser by the Appraisal Institute with the MAI and SRA designations as a Senior Residential and Specialized Property Appraiser, accredited by the American Society of Appraisers with the ASA designation as a Senior Accredited Appraiser, and accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with the MRICS accreditation.

Active appraiser since 1989, currently registered with the most important banks in Mexico, with an active registration with the National Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets (INDAABIN) since 2003, and occasionally engaged by the Federal Judiciary and various local authorities and agencies.

Founder and President of the College of Valuators of Mexico, A.C. (COVAMEX-1999) and the National Association of Valuation Units (ANUVAC-2006).
Former President of the Federation of Colleges, Institutes, and Societies of Valuators of the Mexican Republic, A.C. (ANIMVAC-FECISVAL) in the biennium 1999-2001, which has now been constituted as the Federation of Valuators' Colleges, A.C. (FECOVAL), and former President in two terms at ANUVAC (2006-2009 and 2016-2019).

He has participated in significant projects, including the valuation of Sugar Mills, Oil Refineries, Beer Production Plants, Steel Mills, Agribusinesses, Transportation Companies, Hotels, Shopping Centers, and various Housing Complexes of major housing developers in Mexico. He has also been involved in various assignments for the valuation of Intangible Assets, Ongoing Businesses, and Financial Assets.

He has been a professor in the Master's Degree in Valuation at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla since 1996, in the Specialization and Master's Degree in Valuation at the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas since 1998, and alternately in various postgraduate programs in Valuation at distinguished universities nationally and internationally, including the Universidad de Educación a Distancia in Costa Rica (UNED), ISEADE in El Salvador, the Technical Body of Appraisals of Peru, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca, and Universidad Veracruzana.

He is the author of several books on Valuation and the quarterly publication "Costos Paramétricos de Construcción" (Parametric Construction Costs). At the national and international level, he has participated as a speaker and invited lecturer at various congresses and conventions. He currently serves as the alternate director for Mexico at the Inter-American Union for Housing (UNIAPRAVI).
