External Collaborators.
The company has a technical team of approximately 150 external collaborators, most of whom serve as Professional Appraisers or Controllers, covering all states of the Mexican Republic. They are certified in various specialties and typically hold undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Additionally, many have completed postgraduate studies at the specialization or master's level in Valuation. They are registered with the Federal Mortgage Society (SHF) and other entities such as Local Cadastres, Treasuries, Federal and State Judiciary, Insurance and Bonding Institutions. In some cases, they also hold international certifications such as ASA, MAI, MRICS, and SRA.

We have a network of branches in the major cities across the country, allowing us to handle assignments nationwide. With our extensive coverage, we can provide immediate assistance in nearly 300 municipalities throughout the country.

The internal team of the company consists of approximately 40 professionals in different fields, with a predominance of degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Business Administration, Design, and Law. At least 15 of them have completed postgraduate studies at the specialization or master's level in Valuation. This diverse team brings a range of expertise and knowledge to provide comprehensive services to our clients.
